After signing up and watching the Demo, you’ve reached the part where you are to build the Company Profile.
- Select “Quick Setup” on the overlay options
- Enter and “Continue” with your website if you have one. Select “I don’t have a website” if you want to add your website at a later stage.
3. You’ll be prompted to add a template for your company profile. While you can do this later by returning to this page, it’s recommended to complete it now, as templates are essential to mTap Business Pro Software.
Templates: In mTap Business Pro, a template is a pre-selected & yet customizable list of nested digital media that helps users quickly create brand-consistent, informative & impactful digital profiles that can be shared in ten different ways.
4. On mTap Business Pro, you'll find a diverse range of multimedia options designed to showcase information effectively. These options are tailored to meet the needs of various departments, events, or the organization as a whole. Whether you're looking to present data, highlight achievements, or share important updates, our multimedia tools provide versatile solutions for displaying the information you need to communicate.
They are searchable by name, and clustered function/utility-wise on the left-hand side, for easy management.
5. Select all the media required for your company profile's template and populate them accordingly.
6. When you are done with adding all your desired multimedia, return to the master "Add New Link" overlay and press exit cross on the upper right hand corner to proceed with further onboarding.
7. You will see a dashboard that has a list of all the links your newly created company template consists of. You can manipulate them with actions like adding more links, deleting the entire template, toggling the buttons on and off and much more.

Press "Go Next" to proceed with onboarding.
8. Similar to creating a template for your organization, you’ll now create one for your team members. To understand more about the functional differences between the template you just created for the company profile, and the one you are about to create for your team members- read our detailed guide on templates, here. Click "Continue" on the prompt and give a name to the template you are creating for your team members.
10. Like before, when creating the company profile, you’ll see a menu of multimedia tools. Select the options you want, and they will appear on team members' profiles for them to fill out.
11. Press X on the "Add New Link" overlay to exit.
12. You will see a dashboard that has a list of all the links your newly created template consists of. These are the options your team members have, that they may showcase on their respective profiles.
Press "Go Next" to proceed with the rest of the onboarding.
13. You are now on the Company dashboard. Press "Edit Company Details" to change the default alphanumeric code (that comes with mTap new subscription), and other information. You can also update any information that is already present in the text fields. Press save and publish to finalize these details.
14. Select "Get Vanity URL" to input a URL of your choice. The default URL comes with the alphanumeric code assigned to your profile at the time of identification. Press "Update Company Profile URL", to save the updated URL.
15. During the onboarding you have created a single template for the company profile. However, as you go further down the line with mTap's usage, you will be creating multiple templates, each for various use cases.
16. Hence, select "Choose Template" from the Company Dashboard screen to select from the template(s) you have created (or you will create- applicable for future).
17. You will see that the template you created during onboarding is now visible in the company dashboard.
18. Press "View Company Profile" to see the template in action.
19. Press "Setup Branding" to create, update and maintain consistent branding across all the team member profiles.
