Ticketing setup
Configure the ticketing form to collect guest information across various parameters.
1. Default fields include name, email, and phone number.
2. To gather more information, click “Add Question.”
3. In the overlay, add custom questions as needed:
- Use the “Text” field for basic custom questions.
- Use the “Long Text” field for detailed responses.
- Use multi-select and checkbox options for predefined choices.
- Collect details like social media links, company names, etc.
4. Click “Confirm” once all questions are added.
