Managing team members in mTap Teams is a seamless and efficient affair for admins. You can send a customized invitation email to add new members and multiple members can be added at once via Excel import.
The ‘Company Member Dashboard’ provides an overview of member statuses, allowing admins to manage roles, profiles, and visibility settings easily. The process is designed to minimize administrative effort while ensuring full control and customization.
Let’s get started with learning all about ‘Member Management’ in the mTap system.
You can access the "Company Dashboard" from anywhere within mTap Teams by clicking on the trail at the top of the page.
To manage your team members' profiles, click on "Member Management" in the "Company" tile on the Company Dashboard.
- You are now viewing the Company Member Dashboard. If you have already invited your team members, proceed to step 17. Otherwise, create the invitation template by selecting "Setup" under the Member Welcome Email option.
2. Customize the settings in the invitation email template form and then click on " Save Configuration”.
- Revisit the Company Member Dashboard via the trail of webpages on top.
- Select “+ Add Team Members” from the Member Management option to add your team members
- Add your team member’s information
- Your team members will receive instructions on how to activate their accounts. They will be able to log in to mTap using one-time credentials.
11. Access the “Company Member Dashboard” through the trail at the top.
12. The Company Member Dashboard provides an overview of all team members in your system, including those you have invited, those who have accepted your invitations, and those who are currently active and working.
13. Select “Download Template For Bulk User Creation” to add large number of team members in a single go
14. Fill in the Excel sheet that you have downloaded
15. Select the “Bulk User Creation” option from above
16. Upload the file.
Your contacts will automatically be added to your mTap Business Pro account.
Now that you have added your team members to your company’s mTap system, it’s important to know how to manage them.
18. Select the checkboxes corresponding to the names, for performing actions such as
- Changing a member’s role
- Assigning a department to the member
- Removing a member from a department
19. To enable a specific team member to have multiple mTap profiles, check the box labeled "Allow multiple profiles" next to their name.
20. Select the checkbox for “CRM integration” for any accounts where it should be applied.
21. Select the three vertical dots on the leftmost end, aka the Hamburger Menu to perform more actions
22. Select “Manage member profile” to change Images, Personal Information and Company information of a particular team member
