1. Access mTap Teams dashboard
2. Select "Leads" under the Leads and Contacts tile
3. Search leads:
- By Name
- By Message
- By Email
- By Phone Number
4. Filter leads by timeframe:
- Click "Custom Range"
- Select desired period
- Click "Apply" to save the range
5. Download leads:
Click "Download Leads" in Excel format
6. Toggle view mode:
Switch between linear and panel view
