- mTap may charge a platform fee for each ticket sold through the platform.
- Stripe charges a separate transaction fee for processing payments.
- Both fees are deducted automatically from the ticket sales.

mTap Events and Payment Schedule Guide

- Stripe handles the payment processing and payouts.
2. Payout Frequency:
- Stripe typically transfers funds to your bank account on a rolling basis.
- The default payout schedule is daily, with a 7-day rolling window. This means that the funds from your sales will be available for payout 7 days after the ticket sale.
- Payout frequency can be adjusted in your Stripe account settings to weekly or monthly.
3. Monitoring Payments:
- Track all payments and payouts directly through your Stripe dashboard.
- mTap provides an overview of ticket sales but refer to Stripe for detailed payout information.
4. Fees Deduction:
- mTap platform fees and Stripe transaction fees are deducted before funds are transferred to your account.
- Ensure you are aware of the fee structure to anticipate the net amount from ticket sales.
