Step 1: Create Event
- Log in to your mTap account and access the sidebar
- From the side menu titled "Events" select "Host Events"
- On the dashboard that appears, click the “Create Event” button.
- Enter Event Details:
- Fill in the Event Name, Date, Location, and Description.
- Add a banner image to customize your event page.

- Click “Save Event” to proceed.
- Go to the “Schedule” tab to add event sessions:
- Work with“Add Session”, “Add Speaker” and “Add Track” to enable efficient management.
- Click “Save” after adding each session.

Step 2: Connect Stripe
- Navigate to the “Payments” section from the event dashboard.
- Click “Integrate Stripe”:
- If you already have a Stripe account, log in to connect it.
- If you don’t have a Stripe account, click “Get Started” and follow the prompts to create and connect your account.

- Confirm Connection: Ensure Stripe is correctly linked by seeing the “Connected” status in "Settings".
Step 3: Add Ticket
- Go to the “Tickets” section on the event dashboard.
- Click “Create Ticket”:
- Choose Free, Paid, or Member-only ticket types.

- Fill in Ticket Name, Price (if paid), and Quantity Available.
- Set Ticket Availability: Choose start and end dates for when the ticket is on sale.
- Toggle settings for “Guest Approval”, “Member Only”, or other access options if required.
- Click “Create” to finalize your ticket setup.
Step 4: Share the Event Page and Market
- From your Event Dashboard, click “Manage Event”.
- Go to the “Overview” tab.

Copy Event Link:
- Click the “Copy” button next to your event URL to share directly.
- You can also click social media icons to share the event link on Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), or WhatsApp.

- Promote Your Event:
- Use your social media or email marketing platforms to distribute the event link.
- Consider scheduling posts or emails with the event details to reach a wider audience.
